By accessing or using Hashim Drive Uploader (available at driveuploader.hashimtools.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Hashim Drive Uploader provides server-to-server cloud tools for Google Drive, including folder-to-folder cloning, pre-clone duplicate scanning, competitor watermark cleaning, and bulk document uploading.

3. Google API Services & Account Permissions

Our service integrates with Google Drive APIs. By granting access to your Google account, you authorize Hashim Drive Uploader to perform file operations (copying, scanning, uploading watermark files, and deleting duplicates) strictly initiated by your explicit actions in the application. You can revoke access at any time through your Google Security Settings.

4. Permitted Use & User Content

You represent and warrant that you own or have the lawful right to clone, process, and manage all files and folders that you process through Hashim Drive Uploader. You may not use our service to infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious software, or bypass Google Drive's fair usage quotas.

5. Rate Limits & Anti-Abuse Protection

Free user accounts are restricted to 2 clone operations per 24 hours per Internet IP address. Any attempt to bypass daily quotas using automated scripts, VPN rotation, or multi-account exploitation may result in immediate suspension or permanent IP ban.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Hashim Drive Uploader is not responsible for any file modifications, data corruption, or loss caused by user error or Google Drive service outages.
